Product Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Product Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refund Period:

You may request to cancel your order for a full refund within 24 months from the date of purchase.


  • Store Credit Period:

In the event that a cancellation request is made after the initial 24 months, we offer store credit for the original order amount, which will be valid for an additional three years after the completion of the initial 24 month period.


  • Cancellation After Five Years:

Any orders that remain unexecuted after five years from the original date of purchase will be automatically canceled. At this point, any monetary funds or store credit associated with the order will be forfeited.


  • User Agreement:

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.


  • Cancellation Request Procedure:

  • Exceptions:

This policy is subject to applicable laws and regulations. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to make decisions outside the scope of this policy to address specific circumstances.
